Accessibility commitment
A civic movement that excludes disabled voters is not a civic movement. This page states the target, the current gaps, and how to report a problem.
Target standard
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where a component cannot meet AA, an equivalent accessible path is provided and the gap is listed below rather than omitted.
What is implemented
- Semantic landmarks, one H1 per page, and a logical heading order.
- Keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast targets met by the design system; color is never the only signal.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and logo marks.
- Type sizing that supports zoom to 200 percent without loss.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animated figures.
Known gaps today
- A full screen-reader audit has not yet been recorded on our internal checklist.
- Campaign videos require final captions and transcripts before release.
- Interactive pledge and admin forms have not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
